1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a service package from Medusa Cleaning Services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any term, please do not proceed with the purchase.

2. Services Offered

Medusa Cleaning Services offers residential and commercial cleaning services in the San Antonio, Texas area. Services include regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and office cleaning.

3. Packages and Pricing

Packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Prices include all cleaning products and materials. Packages are non-transferable to third parties.

4. Scheduling

Service scheduling is subject to availability. Customers must schedule their cleanings at least 48 hours in advance. Packages of 5 and 10 cleanings have priority scheduling.

5. Home Access

The customer is responsible for providing secure access to the property. If our team cannot access on the scheduled date due to customer-related reasons, it will be considered as a used cleaning.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee satisfaction with our services. If you are not completely satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours after the service so we can resolve it.

7. Limitation of Liability

Medusa Cleaning Services is bonded & insured to protect your property. Our liability is limited to the replacement value of any damaged item, up to a maximum of $500 per incident.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify prices, packages, and service terms with 30 days advance notice. Already purchased packages will not be affected by price changes.
