1. No Refund Policy
IMPORTANT: All commercial cleaning packages are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. By making a purchase, you agree that there will be no refunds for unused services, package cancellations, or any other reason. This policy is final and admits no exceptions.
2. Package Validity
All commercial packages have a validity of 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused services within this period will automatically expire without right to refund or extension.
3. Business Types Covered
Our commercial services are designed exclusively for: (a) Small offices (500-1,000 square feet), (b) Salons and spas (1,000-1,500 square feet). We do not service gyms, restaurants, medical facilities, or other business types at this time.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Services must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice incur a $25 charge. No-shows result in the full service charge plus a $50 penalty.
5. Emergency Service
The 10-service package includes ONE VIP emergency service (4-hour response) valid within the 3-month period. Additional emergency services are available for $200 each, subject to availability.
6. Service Hours
We specialize in after-hours service (6:00 PM - 12:00 AM) to minimize disruption to your business. Services during regular hours are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
7. Facility Access
The client is responsible for providing secure access to the facilities (key, access code, or authorized personnel). If our team cannot access on the scheduled date due to client-attributable causes, it will be considered as service used without right to refund.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service so we can resolve the issue. This guarantee does not constitute a right to refund.
9. Insurance and Liability
Medusa Cleaning Services carries commercial general liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the replacement value of any damaged item, up to a maximum of $1,000 per incident.
10. Terms Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days advance notice. Already purchased packages will not be affected by price or terms changes.
